Dan Bryant aka "Lt. Dan" In charge of Rocker Player Development. Occupation: Plumber	Experience: As head coach won the 10 and 12u ASA Metros when he was with the Orland Park A's. Assistant coach to Jim Didi last year. Dan is one of the great young teachers of the game. Operates his own hitting school. Father of #25, when her career is over as a Rocker, she will became the best catcher and all around players they have
Mike Batts aka "The Man" Occupation: Computer Designer	Experience: 12 years as Head coach with several organizations. Assistant to Jim Didi, took team over after tragedy in Moline. with his level head and coolness he help guide the Flagship to the 2008 ASA "A" National Championship. Father of #2, There wasn't a field to keep the balls she hit in the park.
Mike Paulo aka "King of Diamonds" Occupation: Teacher and Assistant College Coach	Experience: 20 Years as a Head coach and a assistant in high School and college. The Mayor said "If you can't play for Mikey, you can play for anyone". A true gentleman.
Tod Osborne aka "Oz" Occupation: Home Builder	Experience: 10 Years as a coach. 2007 Metro Co-Champions. Hitting Coach extraordinaries.
Tom Reiter aka "Doc". Occupation: Professor of English	Experience: 20 years as a pitching coach, Head Coach of the Lemont Sizzlers, assistant to Jim Didi the last several years, currently pitching coach for the Lemont Rockers.
Mike Bukowski aka "Boo" Occupation: Teacher	Experience: 1 year, Former 16" softball player and wrestling coach brings a know how to winning attitude. His wrestling teams at Montini High School have won 6 State Titles, his wrestlers have won countless individual events.  A true gentleman of the sports world.
Cliff Kueschel aka "The Professor" Occupation: Accountant	Experience: 12 years as Head coach and assistant coach. Former Baseball player in his youth brings the quiet approach to the game.
